9 st 4.6 lbs Fat 22.7% 2.5lb on at WW. Sharp downturn in activity has joined comfort scoffing, as part of my downward (upward!) spiral, this is a common feature in my pendulum cycle. I work extra, me-time becomes more precious, I begrudge the activity time eating into it more, I eat more because I feel sorry for myself that I've got less free time (& less focus in life with the girls gone), I feel sluggish cos I've eaten more and exercised less, so I feel crap about myself and self pity...you get the idea. Next week I'm on a retreat where I'll be getting fed but hoping weather and free time allows for plenty of autumnal walks around the gorgeous lakes & forest at the centre. Also taking a couple of little hand weights to do a bit of a routine in my room as prescribed by gym bunny daughter, and a yoga book to hopefully do some meditative stretching etc to chill. But when I get back, I need to get back in control of this eating spiral while it's still in its early stages. Get some habits in place to protect myself - I'm such a sensitive little flower when it comes down to it, I buckle under the strain very quickly!
