9st 12.5 lb Fat machine 24.3% No WW. I missed last week's weigh in cos I knew it wouldn't be good, but didn't carry that on today even tho I knew it'd be even worse by now, cos at some point you have to put the brakes on and knowledge is better than denial! I had my op Wed and have had several very lazy days, barely 1000 steps, recovering. I've been signed off work for 2wks, which will be very nice for my 'to-be-read' pile - but maybe not so much for my waistline! Iceland trip is now planned but not booked for early May so that'll get me back on track when I'm more physically capable.

9st 6.3 lb Fat machine 23.3% (Half lb off at WW Thurs yest) Weighed in a day early as got to work tomorrow, altho I had to struggle with myself as to whether or not to leave it til Sun since WW put me at 9-10 before din yesterday so how much change I could expect overnight was debatable and I didn't want to be disheartened again! But now I'm glad I stuck with it to have a result this morning. I've had homemade soup a few times this week and that's brought my calories down quite a lot over the week, but I don't know that I could sustain that low level for very long and if that's what's called for then I won't be staying at this weight for long it seems 😆 Anyway, to celebrate I'm wearing a very snug pair of jeans - cos nothing says success like discomfort! (?!)

9st 8.5 lb Fat machine 23.6 (0.5lb off at WW Thurs) Feel a bit like I'm flogging a dead horse with my weight at mo but I'm not swimming as often as I used to and altho it's only a hundred calories or so, I deff always do better when I swim more regularly. I just haven't been motivated to unless my buddy goes so it's only been once a week usually. So it's just been daily walks and the exercise bike a few times a week, nothing too frantic since my knees are protesting since the last HIIT I did on bike :( This week I had sugar cravings and resisting all the temptation that's constantly there at work just makes me hangry. I'm also overdue for TOTM so that's prob not helping my mood and how fed up I feel about my progress at the speed of brie, as we like to call it! Just 2.5 lb to go but it's hard work and slow. Never mind, got to keep at it!
