I am brand new to the boards. 31 years old and I am REFUSING to allow my body to go downhill just just because I have entered my 30's. I work indoors in an office setting so there are ALWAYS temptation of some kind. I have a sweet tooth and hopwe that South Beach will cross over into a way of life.
