Don't give up yet! there will be some stages where tents to slow down the weight loose or even go up a bit. wait for another week or two, it will start to drop almost as quick as when you started the diet. cheer up!! (think it's the muscle weight you're putting on but your body's shapping down) :D

Dont be too hard on yourself, exercise is great but sometimes it bulks you up and doesnt show your loss on the scale,muscle is 2 times heavier than fat,on the program I did exercise would actually hide the loss; in the long run it was great but you have to look at the big picture ,consistencey and long term,different things will mask your weight loss- time of day,- hot or cold-,weighing yourself after a hot bath will result in less weight unless your hair is wet,try measuring yourself,that helps you may lose inches and not weight if you are gaining muscle mass,stay positive when you feel like you didnt accomplish anything its easy to get discouraged and start to cheat but hang in there cindysue

Aw, it can be frustrating can't it... but all that exercise will be beneficial to you, as it will build muscle which ultimately will burn more calories. Just keep positive and stick with it... it will be worthwhile in the end! :o)

So scream if that will make you feel better, but dont cheat- your doing good and you know we are not going to lose every week-dont get mad-get even!!!love ya cuz!dont forget we got a goal coming up-that 20 yr. reunion!
