Hello everyone. October was not a good month for me. I had covid followed by flu. All month I eat, and spent in the bed . Of course did not do any of exercises, or any of walking. Soooooo, it is why I did gain so much weight. 😢 I was soooooo close to my first target 🎯 ( at the time I was 90.8kg !!!! ) and now.... 😢 You can all be agree with me that IT IS REALLY CLOSE TO THE TARGET 🎯.... BUT never mind. 😊 I can't stop here. I still need to loose weight. After covid I have got some complications and I am taking things easy now. But I hope even with slow progress to loose some weight even if its takes longer. But, we will get there! 😉

For last 4 days I was in bed very ill an I am still struggling . I did not eat properly, so it is why I lost so much weight. So it is now I am 800 gr closer to my first goal ( which is 90 kg ). 😁 😊 🙃

Hello everybody! I would like to share with you my latest shopping experience. As my all clothes got sort of big, I decided to go to the M&S. I wanted to find nice trousers and several nice blouses. I found what I wanted, and when I went to the fitting room and tried them on..... I realised that my sizes dropped from 22 to 18!!!! I was jumping up and down! This journey of loosing weight is very difficult, I am having numerous problems with my health, but in the end I am still going in the right direction. Being here with all of you, reading your stories, your thoughts strengthen me. Thank you to all of you, my friends! Have a nice day!

Feeling more motivated with each day as I am getting closer to my first target. My first target is 90 kg. Second target will be 75 kg. 6 years ago I tried to loose weight. I have putted a target in past : to lose 45 kg. And I failed it. It was several times like that. But this time I thought to divide my weight journey into 2 stages. 1 stage : to lose weight from 116 kg to 90 kg. And 2 stage : from 90 kg to 75 kg. This way I will not give up on having a healthy diet. And I can not see these huge numbers, which shows that I need to loose 45 kg. What about you, my friends, how are you managing your weight loss journey? Do you divide your weight loss journey?
