still sick but staying on track with not eating late at night. although i really wanted to last night! but went to bed hungry and awoke not hungry? probably due to cold. had to cancel goal assessment at gym this morning. cris says he'll help me make sure i get back to gym as soon as i feel better. he said sometimes getting sick changes motivation. well i really like this gym and want it to work for me so i'm def going back! and i'll even do that awful workout again and again till i can do it w/out dying!

I have the flu. and last night between being sick from the flu and the kick-ass workout i had the day before my body hurt soo bad i was in tears by the time i finally just went to bed. but today I'm still sick but my muscles are only slightly sore. and i have weird energy so I've been cleaning the house a little. and I have no appetite. so I'm gonn just take care of myself drink plenty of water and rest. i really wanted to go to the gym again today though :( and i have an appointement tomorrow mornin which i may have to ancel :( ugh

today was the first day that i had such a tremendous urge to eat something sweet so late at night and since there really is nothing sweet here i ate a handful of candy melts. tooo sweet. i went to the gym today and had a very difficult group workout training. and i think i'm getting the flu. there's nothing i want to watch on tv. i feel like i should call in for tomorrow so i don't have to get up at 6am but maybe i'll be miraculously better?
gotsa to get back to where i was with my diet though. shared a peep with mom. pizza last night, and ice cream the night before. (although that was my once a week) maybe i should jsut cut myself some slack! my dinner tongiht was awesome though.

First week and first time that i have gone this long on a diet and stayed with it-no excuses, no rationalizations! Yay. and it's been good i've been eating what i like and i get hungry but not starving. yay

I've been doing well eating healthy but last night I consumed nearly half my daily calories in alcohol. Not Good. And I smoked alot. But I did not have a snack. I even walked to the store with my friends to get one and didn't. Yay. Woke up early this morning and am going for a walk. Because I left my car at the bar. lol But I'm done. I learned alot last night and will not be repeating this self-sabotaging behavior because if I did I'd miss at least 1 day at the gym because of how I felt the next day. And my lungs are screwed again for at least 2 days. Which is not to say I won't ever drink or smoke ever again~but not that much. and not often. I just signed up for a gym memebership at an all womens gym right down the street from job. And they have a pool.And an incentive~you pay less if you go more. and they are soo positive & upbeat in there and i can't wait to go - but not like this, not hungover and feeling tired and slightly used.
