I am down around 2.7lbs from sat morning and i am feeling good. have set myself a really high weekly goal 5-7lbs this means i must be really strict with what i eat and i must work out daily (at least thats how i feel) i have 3 sessions with my personal trainer this week so hopefully that will help.
the rest of this week will be used for planning norway things 30 days woooo :)

Another epic workout gawd i love the gym!
I hope i havent over eaten though before i went to the gym i ate about 700cals then i went and burned off an epic 500cals but when i got back i ate a big bowl of unsweetended museli with skimmed milk and also two slices of wholewheat bread with pbutter.
I have set myself a huuge goal this week i am hoping to lose 7lbs! i hope this isnt too far out of my reach but i gained 5lbs on holiday and i want to see a loss on the scale. its almost the end of my 4 week cycle with jayne(end of next week) the goal we set is 170lbs and i realllly want to make it!
any hints or tips would be helpful, how many cals i should eat, any little tricks to help lose the weight quick. obviously i wouldnt be trying to lose this much all the time this is just a one off :)

I'm bacck! and i have gained about 5lbs which i am really not happy with am going to give myself untill the end of the week before i weigh myself officially!
eating on holiday as terrible i basically lived on junk for a week :( getting back on it though have 3 sessions with jayne my trainer over the next week so that should kick my arse nicely :) hope you all had a wonderful week ;)

workout was awesome today really hurt which i see as a good thing :P leaving for the beach tomorrow shall be away untill thursday morning i think have packed fruit/rye bread and protein bars for my meals will probably pick up a quorn burger or two for the eve although im pretty sure we will end up eating at a pub in which case its a protein bar and salad for me :P
going to try and do lots of swimming and walking and stuff so that i can keep losing :)
ate well up untill late this eve when a family friend came over and ended up buying me chips from the chinese which i love but they are soo fatty! so i have decided no weighing in tomorrow morning no point getting my holiday off to a bad start instead stay happy and motivated and not slip just because i am on holiday
