OK so technically i'm down by like 2lbs but still only at 174 grrr! going to try and repeat yesterday (with a little less crap) and hope that puts me back on track.
hope i can really get on top of all this!

Ok so today i still didnt manage to completely stick to a good diet but i have worked out the calories:
Breakfast:
Rye Bread :115 cal
Peanut Butter: 87 cal
Snack:
Apple : 53 cal
50g carob coated rasiens : 200cal!!!
Lunch:
Haddock : 102 cal
salad : (not sure about the cals in this)
Dinner:
35g dorritos 175cal
protein bar : 150 cal
***as you can see dinner was rushed so i could eat before 7pm***
so total of 882cals (give or take because of the salad)
today i worked out for an hour and a half and i think i worked that out to be roughly 350-400 cals so im hoping that i will lose some weight tomorrow although im worried about all the fat in the crisps and carob.

Up again so fustrated i'm trying so hard to eat right have had a few slips but not many i've worked out super hard (except today) and nothing plus i feel really ill im not sure what it is but my tummy is really aching which is making me feel nauseous!
really dont know what to do its driving me insane feeling a bit crappy im sure i will feel better tomorrow i hope i need to go to the gym i would like to go this evening but i would have to walk into town and i dont live in the best neighbourhood.

I really need to stop snacking at night!! i had gotten so good at it but the past couple of days i find myself absent mindedly grabbing a handful of brazil nuts or a banana or an apple and although these foods arent bad for me it cant be good for my body to be trying to digest them while i am sleeping!
that's mostly it mums going away for a week as of tomorrow so i am using this time to focus on me and getting the house all nice and organised :D
up 2lbs this morning didnt want to record it :( i'm hoping i will be able to sort it out in the next couple of days and be back on track :)
will catch up on your journals sooon i promise :)

Down 1lb in two days think stress has made me hold on a bit plus no exercising on Weds, yesterday i did a 9-6 shift at work and then went straight to the gym aftet to do my "cardio flab blast" it was good and i pushed myself harder than i have in a while so i felt really good.on the way home i managed to lose my phone somewhere :( which kinda bummed me out and i ended up eating 2 small slices of garlic bread, some vegan ice cream and 3 squares of dark chocolate i know none of that is massively major but i was kinda annoyed at myself for giving in to the angry cravins when i wasnt all that hungry!
had to buy two new dresses for my work uniform yesterday (I heart my 75% discount!) i got a nice simple grey one in UK16(US 14) and a beautiful blue stripey one in a UK14!!!!!(US12) obv it only fits because its stretchy but it doesnt look over stretched on me or anything so made me feel pretty good when i was buying it :) (may post pictures if i get a chance to photograph me in them :D )
The plan for today was a session with jayne at the gym and then work but i am feeling pretty achy and tired from the work out and lack of sleep so im hoping i can change my session and go back to bed for a quick cat nap :P also under 175 means im close to my nemisis the 160 line in the past i have floated above that line for months im hoping in the next week or so i can smash through it!
