Walked 2.5 miles this morning. Hope we can get more time for this in the future. My friend has to drop off kids at school and then we walk and then she goes to work. Not enough time for a long walk but we are doing something 😀. I need to keep this journal real so I am going to complain a bit. You can stop reading is you want. I hurt. I hurt really bad. I feel as if my lower body is some sort of pain machine. I don t sleep well because I hurt. I crave my pain pills but refuse to take them. I have to work through the pain because this is my life now. If I stay in bed 24 hrs a day I get to feeling much better. Still have pain but it is reasonable. But when I sit or stand more than 15 mins. Ouch!! Walking is Ok until I stop. Then PAIN!!! Saying all this so I can keep a record. Not needing sympathy.

We walked 4 miles this morning. It was a nice little stroll. I really enjoy getting outside and moving. I’m fine will walking but as soon as I stop and sit down the pain is intense. Been thinking about taking my pain pills but really want to stay away from the opioids. I’d rather tough it out if at all possible. I finally got something fend up for the 5K. Was pretty disappointed when I googled it and found it was only 3 miles. Oh well it is for a good cause and I get a T shirt 😀. I bought myself a FlipBelt yesterday. Can’t wait for it to come in. They are so much better than a fanny pack but sadly way too expensive. Also bought a new bikini for my LA trip. Hope it will fit. I don’t look good in one but oh well ... no body know me out there 😀. Bought some new walking clothes too. Guess I better make this a real commitment 😊
