i started atkins/lowcarb last july 2009 at 210lbs and had mostly success with it until recently i just kinda stopped losing. i still worked the plan but i felt like i was getting sloppy with it. my 'new years resolution' of sorts this july 2010 is to hold myslef more accountable and maybe start watching my calorie intake as well. i came to fat secret to use this tool to help me monitor myself and maybe meet some friends along the way for the ride, ones that know what the deal is and maybe trade tips with. support, strength, encouragement, hope, these are all things that i'd like to give and gain on this journey, and by gain i don't mean lbs.....thanks in advance!
