I am a 34 year old mother of two ANGELS. My husband and I both have very stressful jobs. I am an emotional eater and I eat when I'm bored! My sister and a great friend are doing this with me. I want to be healthy. My daughter is a little chunky and I want to help her as well. My short term goal is to lose 25 lbs so that I will be healthy so that my husband and I can try for baby number 3. I have blood pressure issues when pregnant and CANNOT end up on bedrest with a 5 year old and a 2 year old.

My sister is a great encouragement to me......
