I am 57 yrs. of age. I am yet again making an attempt to lose weight. I have had gastric bypass surgery in 2005 when I weighed 350lbs. I lost down to 131 very quickly but got really sick. That is just an unhealthy weight for me cause I stop eating. I gained up to 214lbs and lost down to 202.5 before starting this attempt. I had started gaining and losing again. Now after starting Atkins and fatsecret I now weigh 189.5. This time I'm doing it right.
