Started 'weight loss' for a competition at work to raise money for charity... aptly called the 'the Biggest Loser'
Started in Nov 2012 and total a total of 12.6kg by March 2013 on a low carb high protein eating plan.
Starting weight was 116kg
I started gym on August 1,2013 after an absence of almost 10 years.
I am now a gym freak and realised how much I missed and actually enjoyed gym.
I now have a personal trainer and have started boxing... which i am addicted too.
All I ever wanted to be was a 2 digit girl again (under the 100kg mark) and now i wanna be an 80's girl.... and then a 70's girl...
My goal right now as at today: October 6, 2013 is to loose another 10kg by December 20.... but if not, i wanna at least weigh 89kg for my 42nd birthday on December 21, 2013.... so another 7kg to go....
Didn't think I could come this far but I have....
Hard work and dedication is definitely the key... if It was easy, we'd all be lean...
