Today I woke up at 6:30 and was ready to go. I ate a light breakfast and than I went to do my Curve's workout and I stayed for the basic workout class. Today was the first time I was actually sore when I left. I went shopping for a power walk which was great, nothing like a quick trip around the store. I am looking forward to joining Curve's after my free week is up. Now on Wednesday I have an appt with the nutritionist so I can't wait to see is I lost anymore weight or not. I know I am building muscle from the workout but I am hoping to be under 415 which is where I was the last time I did this and by my birthday April 4 I am hoping to be under 380 lbs but we will see. Well it is after 9 pm and I am getting ready for bed and I decided to finish my food log. I really blew it today both my carbs and fat is higher than proteins but it doesn't happen often but I still feel like I failed. I am expose to stay under 50 grams of fat per day and I never paid any attention to the 1 % chocolate milk. It has 27 grams of sugar in it so there was 54 grams. I need to pay attention better.

Keep your chin up. Try to not feel like you failed. You did not fail, just had a rough day. Tomorrow is a new day and a clean slate. Start fresh. You will get the hang of it in what you are to do. Just stay positive and know you can always reach out to us here. We will cheer you on in your ups and downs. WE all have them. :-)

You have success written all over you. Just look at you! The walking you're doing, and going to Curves... and being so mindful of what you eat. Don't beat yourself up over this little overage. It's hard to do this thing perfectly. Keep up the good work!

hi Babe53 I don't know how get the emails through so this is the best way to send for me now . you do what ever works for you , I do the weight watchers diet because it is better for me I like carbs as well as protein and so I do that way because I am aware of that more and I get to choose what I want to eat and maintaining will be easier for to add & subtract calories plus I choose to loose just one lb per week . as I go the food is ok and I grow with it and learn to make different choices , I can change things & rearrange as well,. I tried others I came back, there is no wrong in this you find out what you want and if you don't like it you can change it , you are in control & boss of who you are and what you want to do, you are a winner , we all are , we are growing in wisdom in our health and being, you be you and I think you are already a winner
