I love to garden everything from flowers to vegetables. I can the veggies that I grow. I love to go camping. Go to the lake or ocean, walk the beaches. I am happy to just be in my own back yard.
I am trying to loose weight. My Doctor tells me -50# is the goal I need to aim for. But I am struggling to find a good eating plan where I do not get bored eating the same things over and over.
I want to get healthy and feel good and have energy again. That is my goal.
