well motivation is quite high at moment as its a new year, new start, really want to reach goal this year.must get back on track with recording food and exercise. i usually keep a notebook on my bench and write down all my food for the day, i usually have my exercise prewritten so that i just tick it off when done...so satisfying to do that!
