Finally moving back downwards. It’s almost like working out regularly and watching my diet is effective, huh? Haha. Also helps that they boyfriend was so late to come over last night that I ate a light dinner without him. People who are habitually late drive me nuts and this is starting to become a problem. Ugh.
Now just to stay on track over the weekend. They are always my downfall. At least I will have most of Saturday free to get a long workout in, and same with Sunday. My goal is to get 100 miles in on my bike this weekend.
