I have the same kind of problems. I got down to 170lbs and just stayed there. I went away for a month this summer and gained 10lbs. I decided to be really honest with myself and see what I was doing. It turns out I wasn't following plan 100%. I exercise a lot (which is good), but I was on and off plan constantly. All those extra bites added up. So you might want to go back and check to see if you are doing everything right. Are you eating all your points? Are you measuring to ensure proper portions? Are you drinking your water? Do you get in 30 minutes of exercise every day? Are you journaling faithfully (writing all those bite, licks and tastes)? If you are doing all those things and still not losing, than you might want to try core to shake things up. Lots of protein, fruits and vegetables might give you the kickstart you need.
