I have been paying attention to every single bite this couple of days. I think just by going back to my usual routine at work (after Christmas vacations)is helping me to come into myself again. 1.8 lbs feel good today, and wanted to acknowledge it.

Go Pau, Go Pau :) You are doing great! I think routine makes things a lot easier. I think that's why I mainly eat the same foods at work. I know what and when to eat them and the caloric intake--LOL. My poor hubby keeps trying to find new ways of making foods and helping me with my calories. What a doll! Hope you are enjoying your weekend! You are doing fantastic!
