Yep, I think I'm there. I feel SO good. I think about what I can have and the rest doesn't bother me anymore. I can make a meal for others and include what they think they need and I stick to my tasty choices with no regrets. I think I'm at the spot where I say to myself I don't Want that instead of I Can't have it. That's a big step to take and it does take time to get there!
