so.. Alot has happened over the past year. Seems naturally due to my lifestyle/portions excercise i always go to around 210lbs. Not overly bad but it starting to irritate me so im back again, for now. Gonna try and half my intake of food make a concious effort to get more exercise. We'll see if it happens. Probs not!
