The scale was very nice to me this morning. If I keep things going as they are now, I should have no trouble earning that $5 next week.
I woke up feeling bad this morning. I didn't get much sleep. Today is the counseling meeting with my dad and stepmother. As I am sure most of you know, it's really hard to break free from old habits and ways of thinking. A lot of my stress comes from not trusting myself to maintain healthy boundaries. I am afraid I will just give in as usual to keep the peace. God help me to be strong today!
I ran out of the house without a lunch today and I am running late so I am not sure what I will eat today or if I will just call it a fast day, hehe.
