Still in the 160's, even after Thanksgiving. Going to the annual doctor's visit today. She will be happy that I'm down another 7-8 pounds from last years visit. Sure wish I was down 10-15 pounds instead, but it's all good. Beautiful weather today and this weekend, so walking outside is going to happen, yea!
