4 Days ... 4 Ways I could easily have failed.

Thursday - Networking event -- Free Food, Free Candy, Free booze
Friday -- Husband played at a restaurant/bar ... Not free but menu full of greasy fried food -- plenty of booze all around
Saturday -- Attended Homecoming at my university alma mater ... football food galore all around
Sunday -- Free hot dogs, nachos & hamburgers, popcorn & candy candy candy galore at church trick-or-treat

I passed all the tests where I normally would have failed. I feel great. Honestly my biggest temptation to just take a bite was the popcorn of all things (I LOVE popcorn).

I'm focused.... I'm all in. NO excuses.

Tomorrow is Halloween & I'm not even dreading it. I don't need the candy nor do I want it. Nor the free booze that will be available between the neighbors houses.

Yesterday's wins:
1. Down 4.8 lbs since Monday.
2. I went out after workout but had taken my dinner with me to eat in the car. I didn't eat where I went & drank just water (and a diet coke... instead of beer).
3. Didn't stress eat or abandon my plan when things between work & workout were going down hill and not according to plan.
4. Tracked all my food & exercise for the day
5. Had a great workout!

Looking forward for the day. Woke up feeling great. Have a workout today, then my college homecoming where I'll march with the Alumni band. I'm looking forward to my responsibly planned cheat meal (my whole day is still under 1600 calories) which includes 2 glasses of wine!!

The new curiosity is ... will I get my 3 week challenge reward first or hitting 170 lbs reward first?! Ready for a great weekend and a weigh in on Monday! (I weigh in on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)
