Day 4: Woke up at 2am, slept around 9:30pm, wide awake, hungry, couldn't get back to sleep. Had to eat breakfast at 4:30am instead of around 8am.

im averaging around 800 cals a day, mostly eating salads, snacking on small packets of fruits and nuts now and again egg on toast in mornings,

started walking my dog longer than 5-10mins, going upto 1.5hrs in the morning/evening.

Feel good.. Drinking only water through the day, averaging around 2ltrs a day. a cup of tea with milk and 1 sugar in the morning for breakfast, i used to drink about 8 cups of coffee through the day, with 3 sugars, so thats an improvement

Gonna pick some up digital scales so i can see exactly what i weigh instead of the manual ones that go pretty erratic. I Dont know my own centre of balance, varies between 199 and 210. but its not going over 210 so thats good.
