Well, the weigth at work was not available today, so I'll start using the weight at home. It states 180 lbs flat. This is going to be my starting point going forward.
Yesterday I did a great workout! and I think it has to do with the fact that I drank almost a gallon of lemon water. Drinking that much water was hard, but I think I lost it all in the workout. I was sweating a lot, and I felt so good afterwards.
I am training to run a half marathon on January 31. I feel a little bit behind, but I'm going to do it no matter what. All I have is one more week of intense training.... uffff!

It's been officially a week since I first started using this site, and I haven't weigh in yet!! Not officially though. I've used like three different weights and none of them show the same number. But tomorrow I'll weigh in with the same weight I used in the first place, which is being held here at work.... soooo I guess tomorrow I'll know for sure. I think (and hope) that I've lost at least 2 lbs.
I went away to Savannah over the weekend and I really didn't keep track of what I ate at all (I guess putting in that I had the most delicious Pecan Pie would throw my numbers out the window for sure!!). But I've been exercising more (my runs have been more consistent), and I've been more concious on the food I choose to put in my mouth. And I have been drinking tons of water with lemon, which I've read helps on sheding the pounds.
Let's see. I'll come back tomorrow and share whatever the scale shows.

Today is my REAL first day of tracking every single bite. So far so good. I think that planning ahead really helps me manage the caloric intake. That way I don't have to think that much.... I just eat what I had planned for.
I found the Iphone App yesterday and still haven't used it. Let's how it works.

First day using the Fat Secret website.
On April 2009 I started dieting and exercising with a friend. My starting weight back then was 195 lbs. By September, I had managed to loose 25 lbs, being able to weight 170 lbs back then. Today, as the new year starts and try to keep track of my weight, I am at 180 lbs...
My ideal weight would be something between 150-160 lbs.
It is soooo easy to get back the pounds that were so difficult to loose in the first place. I am training to run a half marathon, and that in itself, requires for me to eat plenty of carbs. I may be over doing it... that's why I need to keep track of what I eat on a daily basis.
Let's see how this website helps. I'll keep you posted.
