Scale at my house says 159.4, still not sure if I believe it but... as long as I feel good and look pretty good I'm okay with it (I think). I've been paying more attention to what I eat and how much I eat lately, focusing on nutrients versus just eating and it's had some fun results. Still making it to the gym regularly and still noticing the subtle differences-- which is exciting.
As a sidenote to emphasize this I've been procrastinating laundry day and thus ran out of my usual clothes to wear so when I came across an MCR shirt I've never worn because it was too tight (yay for teen sizes!) I hesitated but gave it a try and it looks awesome-- feels great too X3
I guess my body composition might be changing besides becoming a bit more compact so... I can wear things I haven't been able to for a while :)

Trying to find the balance between studying calculus and blending yoga into my gym practice while learning new exercises and eating more than I typically think I can afford to. Tasty success so far~

Trying to take that extra effort in correctly logging food and exercise... usually I don't log my exercise so I don't re-eat the calories but I'm not sure if that's more effective when you work out.
I have the feeling it might not be because of muscle repair and recovery?

About the same today and yesterday, worked a lot and got a nice vintage couch moved... but overate some at Hooters. Still at the same weight so that's a plus.
If I'm lucky some time at the gym and yoga will help :)
Trying to figure out the best way to put in an adapted recipe on this My Fitness Pal app though... it's tricky =/
I'm wondering if I should count all the ingredients separate and give it the counts of macros and nutrients by portion?
I made about 6 cups of Sweet Potato soup but loaded it with carrots and broccoli.
