250.8 this morning. I'm not worried about the 0.8 because I had a slip last night and ate 4 yogurts and about 2 cups of granola. The reason was probaly because I had pasta for dinner. Wheat or not, you really can't eat too much of that. I already had the water boiling and the sauce on when I realized how little I could have. 2 oz. is like nothing. I still don't know how much I ened up eating, I entered 2 servings but I think I probaly had more. I did use my scale to weigh it before cooking, but a tiny bit told me almost 6 ounces. I thought that couldn't be right. Maybe it was, I don't know. Does anyone know about the pasta measurements?

Has anyone else tried Organic Ragu. It's sooo good and a full serving of vegetables in I think every 1/2 cup. 9o calories per 1/2 cup and I paid $2.79 for the jar. I did add lots of pepper and a little salt...tasty.

Didn't weigh in today because I was up too early again and I ate too late for a weigh in. I finished last night under my calories, so thats 3-4 days I have tryed this eating with my meds and its working. Hopefully the scale is good to me. I'm going to try and sleep in untill 8:00 tomorrow so I can see some good results....fingers crossed.

I want to share something about popcorn that someone told me not to long ago. Instead of buying the bags you can buy a cannister (which lasts a super long time and is about $3.50 here) and just plain brown paper lunch bags. I put the serving size (3 tablespoons) in and just fold the bag over once. Stick it in the mic and cook on high. You can hear when it stops popping for 3 seconds its done. I spray 0 cal Smart Balance butterey Spray on it and ...DIVINE! Saves tons of money if your a popcorn eater.
