Well, the scale is moving and I'm really trying. However, I did go way over my new calorie set of 1500. I lost anyways, probally my body is so used too sooo much more. I don't know that I'll be able to do 1500, maybe some days. I figured having it set there I'll likely go over less than I would having it set higher. Kinda like setting your clock 10 min fast so you make it to appts. on time.

Well, I got up and ate a turkey sandwich last night. I'm going to try and save calories tonight for late night like RJenkins27 does. Seems to work for him. Another thing, I dropped my calories down to 1500...going to try and do it. Any advice? Probally will be hungry the first week. I put in for a calorie drop and 6 days of an hour of workout. Will take my daughter for a walk today after I'm done cleaning. She will love this.

Well, I really have to think of this "as for life" and take it with its ups and downs otherwise I will go crazy. Yesterday the scale was 258 and today it was 258.8, but I pigged out last night after I took my meds. It is so hard when those dam things get into my system. That's ok, I ate today like it didn't even happen and although it was a lot, it was still healthy foods (thats all I have in the house). Skechers came last night...still haven't got out there yet to walk, too much cleaning on my list. I really want to break the 250 and see that thing at 249, that's my minnie goal for myself.

Wow, what a difference in hunger. I actually ate lunch today because I just needed to eat lunch. I knew if I didn't though, I might be hungry later and binge. That's making a huge difference and I also upped my protein. I ate cottage cheese for breakfast and chicken for lunch. Oh, it must have been the wellbutrin yesterday, I only took a 1/2 today. It was just too much for me as I'm already on another antidepressant at full dose. Lost some of that weight I gained. It keeps going down. I'd liked to get atleast a small jumpstart, but getting back to atleast my starting weight would be nice. All about that ticker!LOl. My Skechers haven't arrive yet, I was sleeping when UPS came yesterday and didn't hear him ring the bell...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! I've been waiting on those so I can walk for eternity. I've also been eating a salad and almonds at night compered to like a 10 course meal, sure that's making a difference. Ok, time for housework...I look forward to it now that I know it burns calories.
