Pkay the holidays are officially over. Another of my triggers-being tired. Back to basics. Off to teach today so I will have to get my exercise walking. May try to do that during my prep period. If enough energy when I get home I will get on my bike. I did not sleep well last night and I am fighting off a cold.

I didn't do as well as I wanted last night on sticking to one glass of wine because someone kept refilling my glass but I also drank water and watched what I ate. The results show. Today will be a quiet day as I am fighting off a sore throat. The rest of the week I will be teaching to I will have to put my exercise in after I get home. Probably cut back to just 30 minutes of something. I am enjoying mixing it up-Wii, Bike, EA sports active so the exercise routine does not get boring. Happy New Year everyone.

Well yesterday I really fell of my program and I knew it when I went to bed. Haven't figgered out what triggered it except my leg muscles were still sore so I couldn't exercise as much. If it wasn't for my husband I would throw all the cookies out for the chickens and birds. Legs are feeling better today so I will do bike and probably Wii. Making some salads and bread sticks for the party tonight. I will be good all day so I can drink some wine tonight. It is amazing how many calories wine and other alcohol has.

Anyway, one big slip during the holidays isn't bad.

Woke to snow again this morning but it has cleared and is sunny now. Long day in Billings. On the up side-I get a lot of walking done when we are there. When we are in the 1 ton truck we park way out in the lots so we get our exercise. Pushing carts through snow is a good exercise. Didn't get to any in house exercises and splurged somewhat at Olive Garden. I was amazed when I journaled it I was still under my 1800 calories. Wow. Anyway-I am frustrated as the weight is not coming off even with all my exerciseing and watching my food. I did notice yesterdya that drinking diet pepsi changed my system. So back to water with lemon today. My taste buds are also better-can't eat progresso light soup as it tastes to salty now. Amazing the change of just dropping diet pop. I feel more energized every day. legs still sore from my exercise on Friday so I will probably stick to the bike and a little Wii yoga. Happy New Year all.

I did the EA Sport workout today. Wasn't as hard as I thought. I will keep doing it. Also did 30 minutes on the bike. After so many years with FS I just now learned how to enter other exercises so I have added the bike using the information it gives me on calories burned and I added EA sports because it also gives me the calories burned. My journal will be more accurate now. Trying to get my husband to join me.
