I ran this morning, but noted something. My right knee has been hurting for a couple of days, and after talking to a few people and doing research online, I've come up with 2 reasons:
1. Running on an incline
2. 2 year old running shoes
Solutions to try:
1. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM
2. Buy new shoes
3. Don't run on an incline (duh)
I can't buy new running shoes now, so I'll try the other 2 potential solutions. The joint support supplements take 4-8 weeks to start working, so hopefully they'll be working by mid-April. I'll post how my knees feel from not running on the incline later this week.
WHAT I'VE DONE
As of last night:

This morning, I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes, and then 12 minutes. During the first 20, I had an incline of 5 and walked most of the way. I may have only run 5-6 minutes. The second session I ran for about 8-9 minutes of 12 at 7mph and an incline of 0. No incline obviously let me run farther each time. I'll do that again tomorrow. No bleachers while my knees hurt like this.
I also worked out my abs (hanging leg raises - 3x10, and seated situps - 2x15) and my calves (donkey calf raise - 2x15). Later on, it'll be my deltoids.

Last night I had a cheat meal, which consisted of a large angus steak sub from Quiznos, 2 cookies, and a cup of oats. It was my first cheat meal in a week, which is pretty good.
As of last night:
CE: 27/34
RT: 13
CT: 11
This morning I ran on the treadmill for 22.5 minutes at a constant incline of 3.
Distance travelled: 1.95 miles
Calories burned: 265
Nothing great, but it's acceptable. Later in the day, I'll work out my back, abs, and calves. I'm also going to get on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes again.

Distance travelled: 2.71 miles
Calories burned: 387
Time: 35 minutes (1 minute break at 12 minutes)
Incline: 3 in first 3 minutes, 5 after
I didn't run as far today as day before yesterday, but that's okay because it felt more intense today. For a short while, I rotated between 3 and 7 mph every 1.5 minutes. However, I forgot to set my walk pace at 3.4 a few times - that's why the calories burned aren't higher.

It was cold this morning, so I didn't do bleachers.
Travelled: 2.93 miles
Calories: 391 kcal
I started with a 3 minute 3mph walk, then alternated between 7mph and 3-3.4mph. After the first 7 minutes, I got off to weigh myself, and got back on about a minute later. I sweated more than I can remember sweating in years. After running, I got off to do 'bench crunches'. 2 sets - 30, then 20 reps.
As of last night:

Later, I do arms.
