I am mother of 6, ranging in age from 1-24. Yes you read that right! I had my last baby last year shortly before I turned 47. Losing the baby weight is not as easy at this age, not to mention the fact that my eating habits have become awful. Never had to watch my weight in my life until now so I would love any help and advice I can get! xo
