Just to give a little update about myself. First off I'm 55 years young, and I'm in the lovely state of NC. Wonderful state, mountains on one end and ocean on the other, everything in-between. Can you believe that I found that I love to eat many decadent things like ice cream, sweets, bread, cheese and, and and... you get the picture. So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
So thought I'd update my bio, since Jan I've gone from 206 to 162 and now I'm in maintenance. Want to stay between 160 and 165. Lifestyle changes are important and continuing to log everything keeps me in check. Exercise is also key with nutrition and proper rest.
