I work as a nurse so really do not have time to do everything right, but I know what I should and should not do. I use to be 150 pounds and a size 5 in high school. Got married young. "big big no no" EX hubby dont help matters and the biggest I was, was 288. I left him and drop to 230 pounds. now I start my diet at 208 in OCT 2012. I have drop down to 180's and in a size 13/14. my goal is 160 pounds or below and my size I want to be is 9/10 or below. I want to do this by april of 2013. so wish me luck. I am dieting alone so please wish me well.
