I am a mother of 2 wonderful teens, I work full time and am finding it very difficult to schedule in "me" time to do the things I love: ie - running. I went to weight watchers 5ish years ago and became a lifetime member, but I am way to embarrassed to go back. I have gained just about all the weight back and am not happy with myself at all. I need to find my motivation and drive and put myself as a priority again :)
