I lost 100 pounds on weightwatchers gained half back and relost on Blc. This is the year I close the deal and hit goal weight. I am now establishing a healthy lifestyle with clean eating and exercise. Truth, beauty, and being real are more important than food but food seems to be the vehicle which makes me question the important things in life. One day I hope it is just nutrition. Love thyself more than you love food. Laurie
