My goal, ultimately, is to live a healthier life. Of course I want all the benefits that go with it...more energy, alertness, weight loss, new found discipline, blah, blah, blah.
So far I'm one week in and lost 6 lbs! cant be upset with that start. I hope to stay consistent with my eating. I'm now also trying to incorporate yoga in to add some activity to my schedule. Wish me luck! :^)
