I am 45 years old and have been heavy my entire adult life. Although I was a skinny teenager. Something just clicked in Januarynd for the first time in my life I am really losing weight. Of course it isn't happening overnight. I am trying to watch caloreis and to eat small meals all day long. I am also working out 5 days a week. I am married and have no children but do have 3 step children.
