Hello to the fat and the fit! I am a 25 year old teacher who has always struggled with weight. I've never been super heavy, but I've always been pudgy...and I'm ready to shed the pudge and feel better! I'm currently working with a personal trainer three times a week and I am feeling pretty good. Just recently, my cardio and eating have caught up with my weight training, so I'm looking forward to feeling better and to having more energy.
