I am a 63 year old male residing in Cyprus (Democratic Republic of Cyprus).Part of which was Invaded & Occupied by Turkey in 1974. WE ARE REFUGEES.
I am married with 2 sons in their mid late 20s with one grandson.
My body has had many repairs but it still works. The main repair was Heart by pass at age 40. Since then i have given up smoking and started cycling. Both are wise moves.
Lately i have been loosing control of my weight. Thank goodness i found the program FatSecrts to help me. It is a great program, it keeps one focused and on track. I am a firm believer on "Calorie COUNT" when i need to reduce my weight i do a LCHF diet and possible combine this with a Fasting Diet 16/8 hr.CARBO NO NO.
