Well it is my first day on the SBD diet. I am going okay (eggs for breakfast and salad with chicken for lunch) so far. I am just hesitant about what I can and can't have and therefore I am forced to refer to the book at every meal. I am slowly getting the hang of this. I hope this diet can get me where I want to go.

You are doing great! After the first couple of days you know what you can eat and it becomes easier, plus the cravings for other carb filled foods go away-Ive been doing it for almost three weeks and have lost 12 pounds even with going to Disneyland, BBQs, etc. its great because you can find the foods you can eat no matter where you go!
