My change in eating habits has worked pretty well these last two weeks. I can really FEEL the ten pound loss,although it would not be noticeable to anyone else. I'm doing it for me so I'm really the only one who needs to notice.My blood pressure is already lower and I don't seem to be as hungry in-between meals and I am finding it easier to eat smaller meals. I still have to have something sweet after every meal and that is because I never did Induction because I wanted my glass of wine every night. It's hard to believe that I am already 1/3 to my goal and it has gone smoothly with no ill effects so far. I guess the Real work begins now. 22 pounds to go!
