My scale is on the fast track going up. I've changed nothing other than when I sleep. I used to sleep during the day. Now I sleep at night. My weight loss immediately stopped. I'm up 4.8 lbs since the sleep change BUT, but, I've lost 2 inches in four days. I took measurements on the first, seeing the scale jumping higher everyday I took​ measurements. I've lost 1.5 inches on my waist. And between hips and chest another .50 inches.

Freaking amazing. I'm push lots of water and hope the scale that I love comes back!!

If inches went down, you def lost body fat. Muscles and water weight more than fat for the same volume. Maybe forget the scale a little bit and keep track of the inches just so you won't get unmotivated? Sleeping is catabolic to muscle growth, maybe you're sleeping deeper at night (which is good for weight loss)? Try not to have your meal so close to bed time as it can actually reverse this process. I eat a huge keto OMAD everyday around 6pm and I go to bed around 11pm. Good luck!

Thank you!!! Just switched my OMAD to 5pm it was later. But with my new sleep schedule an earlierwindow is way better.

muscle weighs more then fat. so gaining weight while losing inches is awesome. I to am about to start sleeping at night instead of the day. hopefully that happens to me too

the bod messes with us sometimes. give it a week and it will probably even out. your body is probably tripping out with the change in sleep. I gained weight when I went from a day shift to a night shift...opposite but the same. it evened out tho.

The first one In March I lost 4.6 and regained .8. the second in March I did which two in a month don't recommend, last 3 and regained 1.5 lbs.
