Okay, so i get home from work and enter the half of tostinos pizza i ate at work tonight. Now this is in place of the cheeseburger from the cheeseburger guy and a balance bar (i knew i couldnt eat that because i was worried about calories). and OMG the amount of fat on my wheel almost gave me a heart attack. I went into full protein mode!!! One full cup of cottage cheese and the rest of my calories on whey protein drink. I cannot deal with all that fat on my wheel LOL. I DO NOT LIKE BEING UNPREPARED. And there is nothing good to choose from at work. I am definitely prepping some chicken breast and going to the grocery tomorrow. Nuff said.

Educating ourselves is part of the process, you now know about the pizza, so will be able to make a decision whether to eat it or not, based on that knowledge :-). Shame your work doesn't have healthy stuff... Maybe you should set up a campaign and point this out.... Have a good weekend.

Yep I agree with the no pizza thing, it's just not worth it. I was forced to eat a slice back in July when we were down to the wire on the remodel of the church an I had nothing else to eat with me as I usually did - I got so sick the next day it was crazy. Anyway, you are right about the preparation, it really does help. Have a great weekend! Happy Halloween.

Your total fat is still below the recommended healthy amount and your calories are low too. I wouldn't get worked up about it. The cheeseburger guy always makes me laugh. He doesn't seem to have a name and all he is known for are cheeseburgers...lol!
