That's the longest I've ever done.. and surprisingly it wasn't that bad lol I read that some folks do it after a refeed or cheat night. So I figured Id try it. I may make it a part of the routine if I continue to not behave myself lol

Lol, love this! I think this has happened to all of us at least once. The one thing I used to scarf down... Doritos! I'd eat the whole bag in one sitting!

I had a snaccident last night. Choked down an entire pizza. It was gone so fast. Thanks be to the god's of diet who sent this dream to me. :)

Lol! I have been there before!! I have been doing so much better on my weight loss journey. I take a supplement that helps me not even want to binge eat anymore. Even on "cheat days!" Keep up the good work!
