I didn't realize till after I wrote a LONG response to your post that you probably posted in my journal haha!(so check out my response and tell me what you think.) Also, to the question about fats. YES that is the one thing I have to keep reminding myself is now to keep having healthy fats but MEASURING. Other than that because we have trained ourselves to already eat healthy on Atkins, I find WW easy and rewarding. I will keep you posted if I loose any weight. OH, and that 3 pounds gain was just water, by the time I peed a few times and got on the scale I was my original weight again! So now to see how long it takes my body to loose weight.
