Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and went for a walk by myself! I know that sounds pretty funny but I am very intimidated to exercise in public, especially alone. I usually walk with my sister but she was at work and I really wanted to get a walk in. Who knows how many more nice days we will have before the snow starts to fly here:) So I bolstered up my courage and put on a pair of headphones and started out jamming to some old school "Stryper". Before I knew it I had huffed and puffed my way to the end of our usual route and back home again! I am feeling quite proud of myself today and motivated :)
