I made the most amazing low carb pizza crust. Its from Linda's low carb recipe website. Its made with two cheeses, and eggs, and was a super thin crust. You get to hold a slice of pizza in your hand with the toppings. Before I had to scrape the toppings onto my plate so to hold a slice was divine! Its 1 Net carb per slice. It was delicious. I wish I could upload a photo! I had four slices from medium size pizza.

ITs so amazing. The recipe calls for 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 3 eggs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon basil, optional This is for 16" pizza. Its wonderful. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes. (I baked for 33 minutes, check it every 10 min. You want the cheese to be lite to medium brown in color.. and super thin. So you have to use your finger tips and press down and spread it thin, thin, thin. Enjoy.

Yes, I baked it for almost 33 minutes to get the cheese crisp, then another 8 with the toppings on. IT WAS AMAZING. I loved it. My four slices was about 8 carbs with toppings on it. YUM.
