partys are so hard to come to when there is all this food people brought.
mac n cheese, taco salad, salad, chicken , cakes, pies, meatballs, potato salad so much more. It makes it so hard to eat the right amount of foods and what your suppose to eat. I feel like I ate enough for today an tomorrow. I think Im just eat really lite for the next couple days n exercise thirty minutes a day.
After eating the way Im suppose to with portion control i feel really sluggish right now.

I did the same thing a couple nights ago at a party. Although the app made it easier to keep track nof what I was eating. Hope you feel mkre spunky soon =) .

My trick is to eat popcorn before I go so I am not overly hungry and tempted.

Sandy has a good idea. I was gonna say, eat before you go to the party... then all ya gotta do is socialize, drink water or soda, whatever tickles your fancy and have fun!
