partys are so hard to come to when there is all this food people brought. mac n cheese, taco salad, salad, chicken , cakes, pies, meatballs, potato salad so much more. It makes it so hard to eat the right amount of foods and what your suppose to eat. I feel like I ate enough for today an tomorrow. I think Im just eat really lite for the next couple days n exercise thirty minutes a day. After eating the way Im suppose to with portion control i feel really sluggish right now.
