Can't answer your Fitbit question, but when I kept track of water consumption I listed each glass I drank under snacks (and put nothing else in that section).

PS - to answer your other question, I am still eating low carb, but not necessarily Adkins. I'm on a 16:8 schedule, which helps tremendously. How about you?

I love mine. I keep a separate fitbit journal on my desktop. I wear it at work. Over 250 miles since 1/3/14. If you are recording exercise on here, I would just track the miles walked per day.

okay - thanks! Buffy not settle on anything quite yet and trying to eat a little lower carb right now just cause I was out of control - but I did the new WW for a couple of weeks and liked it pretty well - not sure what I'm gonna do yet? I did myfitnesspal for quite a while too and just tracked calories. just trying to find my way again. :-) 250 miles since 1/3 is awesome chris!

crazybusy - fitbit is a little wristband you wear that track steps, calories burned, miles walked etc.

I have a WW Activity Monitor and really like it, thinking of a Fitbit too.

The fitbit will show you steps/distance/miles. If I ride the bike and walk I split the distance in FATSECRET. I love my FITBIT...it is a great motivator for me.
